How we use your details.

Who we are

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry box, the contact form or the RFQ builder: your name, company, designation, mobile number, email, city and state, and the details of your requirement. With it we record the page you sent it from, the website or campaign link that brought you to us (for example a Google search or an advertisement), the date of your first visit and whether you used a phone or a computer.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, prepare quotations, send COA / TDS documents, arrange samples and supply, and to follow up with you about the products you asked about. We use the source information to understand which of our pages and campaigns bring enquiries.

Your consent

By sending an enquiry you agree that we may contact you about it by phone, WhatsApp or email. You can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to us; we will then stop contacting you, except where we must keep records for tax or legal reasons.

Who handles it

Your enquiry is delivered to our sales inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-delivery service, and our email is hosted by Google Workspace. This website is served by Cloudflare. The map on the contact page is loaded from Google Maps. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else for their own marketing.

Measurement

We use Google Analytics to count visits and enquiries. These Google services set cookies in your browser; Google's own privacy policy applies to them. We also use Apollo.io, which looks up the organisation behind a visitor's network address, so that we know which companies read our pages. It does not tell us who you are as a person.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any business that follows, and as long as Indian law requires us to keep business records.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to sales@steriassure.com and we will reply.
